We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious Applied Growth Mindset - Support Tutor. The tutor’s main role is to support learners (predominantly teachers / members of senior management team) as they progress through the Applied Growth Mindset course.
Reports to: Impact and Delivery Manager
Salary: £20 - £25 per hour (dependant on experience)
Hours: Up to a maximum of 8 hours per week (hours spread across different days)
Contract role: Fixed term, January 2023 – December 2023
Location: Winning Scotland are based in Edinburgh (Nexus Business Space, 21 Young Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4HU), but most of the role is home based working.
Winning Scotland and Renfrewshire Council have worked in partnership to engage with 75% of schools in Renfrewshire – delivering mindset in education training to over 300 practitioners.
Renfrewshire Council were looking for effective approaches to raise attainment in numeracy and reduce the poverty related attainment gap.
