For 15 years we’ve been testing, refining and embedding big ideas to improve the physical and mental health of young people.
We do this by developing practical projects that use physical activity and sport to help young people learn essential life skills - like a strong work ethic, resilience and respect for others.
We’ve worked with a number of national organisations like the Scottish Government, the NHS, Sported, sportscotland, the Scottish FA and Scottish Rugby to achieve this.
Evidence shows that positive physical activity habits have a long-term impact.
