A creative approach to learning

Lennox Primary School in West Dunbartonshire took part in Winning Scotland's growth mindset training help increase pupil confidence and self-esteem post covid.

Crystal Thompson and Shanna Beaumont knew that their pupils were struggling with anxiety after the prolonged period of isolation brought about by the covid pandemic.  

In response they used their growth mindset training to develop a series of juggling lessons, aimed at providing a non-academic activity that was accessible to their mixed ability P6 class.
