Free professional learning and networking event for education leaders

Is growth mindset really worth it? A networking event for education leaders with James Nottingham.
Join us for warts and all exploration of one of education’s hottest topics, James will take you on a 360 degree tour of growth mindset pedagogy, looking at the benefits and pitfalls and inviting group discussion on a range of topics.

About James
James Nottingham is the creator of the Learning Pit. and co-founder of Philosophy for Children. He is credited as one of UK education's most forward thinking and creative innovators.
 
The event will be headlined and facilitated from start to finish by James Nottingham. James is a leading education expert and is credited as one of the UK’s most forward thinking and creative innovators. Based in Eyemouth, he has been a teaching assistant, teacher, and depute in in northern England. Earlier, he was a school reject (expelled from two high schools) and a failed pig farmer and factory worker. He splits his time between teaching, supporting schools and writing and presenting with Carol Dweck and John Hattie.
